Data processed
When a visitor submits a quotation, callback or site-visit request, the company may process a name, telephone number, email address when supplied, property location or address, selected service, project details, preferred date and time, consent choice, and images or documents uploaded voluntarily.
Purposes and lawful bases
Data is processed to answer requests, prepare assessments or quotations and take requested steps before entering a contract. Administrative or legal obligations are handled under the applicable legal basis. External links selected by the visitor are subject to the relevant provider’s privacy notice.
Recipients and transfers
Data may be handled by the hosting, communications and messaging providers used to operate the website and deliver requests to the company. Data is shared only where necessary. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, safeguards required by applicable law are used.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept only for as long as necessary to respond, prepare a quotation, manage the relationship and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised when no longer needed.
Your rights

Website analytics
With the visitor’s consent, Google Analytics 4 may process technical and usage data such as pages viewed, device, language, traffic source and conversion events. Forms do not send Google names, telephone numbers, email addresses, property addresses, messages or uploaded files. Cloudflare Web Analytics may process aggregate traffic and performance statistics.
